Building Strong Working Relationships

Ritel Incorporated is a proven leader in wireless infrastructure, built on over three decades of disciplined execution, engineering excellence, and an unwavering commitment to performance.

Founded in 1993 in New York as Fortune Communications Inc., Ritel began by supporting major telecommunications providers including Time Warner, Cablevision, Nextel, and VoiceStream. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: deliver quality, build trust, and execute without compromise.

In 2000, the company expanded to Texas, evolving into Ritel Communications Inc. and entering the wireless infrastructure space with a focus on cell tower construction. As demand grew, Ritel scaled its capabilities, securing nationwide satellite installation contracts supporting the Lottery Commission through partnerships with GNet and Hughes Network.

By 2005, Ritel had established itself as a trusted execution partner across large-scale telecom deployments, working alongside leading general contractors such as Bechtel, Baron Technologies, and ComDev. During this period, the company achieved a significant industry milestone by building the first Distributed Antenna System (DAS) network in New York City.

Over the years, Ritel has consistently delivered high-performance infrastructure solutions in partnership with major carriers including AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile, as well as industry leaders such as Goodman, Verticom, MasTec, and Crown Castle.

In 2015, the company rebranded as Ritel Incorporated and advanced into the role of General Contractor, supporting Sprint/Nextel Systems LLC and leading end-to-end network deployment initiatives.

Today, Ritel Incorporated stands as a solutions-driven execution partner, delivering engineering-led installations, disciplined field operations, and full lifecycle deployment support. Our approach is rooted in precision, accountability, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

We do not just build networks; we build trust, deliver results, and set the standard for performance in wireless infrastructure.
