Dr. Crystal Camejo is a member of the Women of NATE (WON) Committee and the Strategic Business Partner leading HR, PR, and Business Development teams at Ritel Incorporated. She is a visionary and transformational people and business operations expert and a personal growth strategist, dedicated to driving high-performance teams and business growth.
With a dynamic background in business, higher education, government, and community development, Dr. Camejo delivers provocative insights and strategies that positively advance society. Her journey is marked by roles as a business consultant, a higher education consultant and educator, a mental health and holistic wellness advocate, a youth, women, and community development strategist, a humanitarian, and a philanthropist.
Dr. Camejo’s academic journey began with a nontraditional track in healthcare, earning degrees in Criminal Justice/Law and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Human Resources. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to a master’s degree in forensic psychology and in December 2023, the successful completion of a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration/Strategic Leadership.
For the past decade, Dr. Camejo has dedicated herself to shaping future leaders in higher education, while her commitment to community and youth development spans over 15 years. She has established herself as a well-sought-after consultant on business strategy, academic, personal, professional, and leadership achievement systems, specializing in GenZ and millennial workforce development strategies. Through strategic partnerships with United Nations entities and civil society organizations, she empowers individuals to effect positive change within their communities.

The most important innovation I have witnessed is the advancement in digital communication, connecting people globally and facilitating information sharing.

The best book I’ve ever read is difficult to pinpoint, as each one has contributed to my diverse perspectives. One notable is the Holy Bible which stands as the most impactful book in my life, shaping my worldview and influencing my diverse perspectives. Its profound teachings, timeless wisdom, and moral guidance have been a constant source of inspiration and reflection, providing solace, direction, and a foundation for my values.

At age 13, I would tell myself to embrace every opportunity for learning and personal growth.
Who is someone you admire, and why?
I deeply admire my father, Gerald Lennox Camejo, as he is my ultimate icon of inspiration. His teachings have been my guiding light. Everything I am today is a reflection of the indomitable spirit he instilled in me through his resilience, compassion, and dedication to service to God and humanity have taken root in my heart through his genuine, compassionate approach to life. His influence resonates in every aspect of my being, shaping me into the person I aspire to be.

For fun, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in different cultures, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
What is an ability you wish you had?
I wish I could speak multiple languages fluently, fostering even deeper connections during my travels, and humanitarian and philanthropic work.
