Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager. We would prefer experience in Cell Tower Construction Services.
The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Work with the construction crew on site to complete the job scope. Installation may also be required alongside commissioning and integration tasks.
Qualifications & Certifications, Work Schedule
Qualifications & Certifications:
- US work authorization (Required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a construction project manager or project engineer (mechanical /electrical) (Required)
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE II, etc). (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Basic understanding of project scheduling, manpower planning, progress measurement, risk assessment and management, code of accounts, work breakdown structure, change management, cost control and estimating process and planning.
- Solid understanding of project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfaces.
- Analytical approach to problem solving in complex project or business environments and identifying potential solutions.
- Knowledge and appreciation of key elements of contract law and when to engage legal.
- Understanding of general regulatory requirements including Permits.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Computer and software skills including spreadsheets, project scheduling tools and electronic presentations (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Minimum 10 Hour OSHA Training (Required)
- RF Safety Training (Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
- Experience with Installation, commissioning and integration of Nokia equipment. Nokia Certifications.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in all aspects of line and antenna system installation, replacement and maintenance [Required]
Work Schedule: Between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Location: Site locations will be in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas with possible travel throughout the state of Texas (and other states)
